Full-time Pool Building Associate position available in Brookvale NSW 2100. T & M Pools Pty Ltd (trading as Aquify Pools) is a residential swimming pool construction company specialising in fibreglass pool supply and installation services across New South Wales. The business provides end-to-end pool construction solutions including site preparation, excavation, pool installation, filtration systems, concreting, and project coordination for residential clients. Due to continued business growth and increasing project demand, Aquify Pools is seeking an experienced Pool Building Associate to coordinate and supervise fibreglass pool construction and installation projects across multiple residential construction sites. The role is responsible for supporting efficient project delivery, coordinating construction activities and ensuring compliance with Australian standards and workplace health and safety requirements. Position Responsibilities and Tasks Coordinate and supervise fibreglass pool installation projects from site preparation through to final handover, ensuring compliance with construction drawings, engineering specifications, project timelines and Australian standards. Organise labour, subcontractors, materials and equipment while overseeing excavation, structural preparation, pool installation and associated plumbing and filtration works across residential construction sites. Monitor construction progress and workmanship, liaise with trades and subcontractors, conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company quality assurance procedures throughout all stages of construction. Qualifications and Skills Essential: Certificate IV or higher in Project Management, Building and Construction, or a related field Relevant experience within construction, pool installation or a related building environment Ability to interpret construction drawings, site plans and technical specifications Strong understanding of residential construction processes, WHS compliance requirements and construction coordination principles Knowledge of fibreglass pool installation processes and associated construction activities Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors Desirable: Previous experience supervising residential construction or pool installation projects Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and project scheduling activities Understanding of Australian building standards and residential construction compliance requirements Ability to work effectively within fast-paced construction environments and meet project deadlines Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration package ranging from $77,000 to $90,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
