We are seeking a relationship-focused Territory Manager to manage and grow retail partnerships across NSW and selected interstate markets. This role would suit someone currently working within premium furniture, interiors, design or lifestyle brands who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, developing new business opportunities and representing exceptional products. About the role Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing retail accounts while expanding brand presence across your territory. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and developing relationships with existing retail customers Identifying and securing new retail partners Conducting product presentations and collection launches Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities Growing sales revenue and achieving agreed targets Monitoring market trends and competitor activity Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity Working closely with customer service and operations teams Representing the brands at trade shows, industry events and client meetings Regular travel throughout your territory and interstate as required You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy while being supported by both the Australian leadership team and the wider global organisation. About you To be successful, you'll bring: Experience selling furniture, interiors, design or lifestyle products Strong relationship-building and account management skills Experience presenting products and collections to retail buyers or design professionals A proactive approach to business development and prospecting Excellent communication and organisational skills A commercial mindset and genuine passion for growing brands The ability to manage your own territory and sales pipeline A current driver's licence Candidates with experience within premium furniture, design or interiors brands will be highly regarded.
