We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, Australian-owned business operating in the B2C space, supplying high-quality lifestyle products direct to consumers. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a driven and capable sales professional who enjoys getting stuck in, thinking commercially, and making a role their own. This is not a scripted call-centre role. It suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships, generating opportunities, and delivering results. While there is a steady flow of inbound enquiries, this role also requires someone who is comfortable creating opportunities through proactive outreach, relationship building and networking within the community. What’s on offer • Base salary of up to $70,000 super • High, uncapped commission – paid weekly • Full-time, permanent role • Flexible working arrangements: hybrid or work from home • Onsite training initially (office-based) • Supportive, hands-off management style with genuine autonomy • Strong long-term career progression • No two days are the same The Role This is a full-cycle sales role combining inbound enquiries, outbound sales activity and business development. You will manage customer enquiries from first contact through to order completion, while also identifying new opportunities to grow sales and expand the customer base. Key responsibilities include: • Converting inbound enquiries via phone and CRM • Proactively following up stalled or inactive enquiries • Following up leads generated through expos and events • Re-engaging customers who may be considering cancelling or delaying orders • Making outbound calls to customers who have submitted online enquiries and converting them to sales • Building relationships with retirement communities, referral partners and other potential lead sources • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the local market • Managing your own sales pipeline, diary and follow-up activity • Processing orders end-to-end, including taking deposits, payments over the phone and arranging finance where required • Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your own sales pipeline • Occasional face-to-face customer meetings in the showroom or off-site as required • Assisting with broader business tasks as required in a small, agile team About You You are a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys both converting warm opportunities and creating your own. You are comfortable working autonomously, managing your own activity levels and building relationships that generate ongoing sales opportunities. To be successful, you will have: • Proven experience in sales, business development or account management • Confidence closing deals and handling objections professionally • Experience generating your own opportunities, not simply responding to enquiries • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own diary and priorities • Experience working with a CRM and managing a sales pipeline • A proactive mindset – you try new approaches and take ownership • Strong communication and rapport-building skills • Comfort processing payments and discussing finance options • A genuine desire to earn well and build a long-term career Why Apply?
