You’ll be the link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring jobs are managed efficiently, customers are kept informed and the store operates smoothly. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Providing outstanding customer service face-to-face, over the phone and via email Preparing quotes, processing sales and handling payments Managing bookings and coordinating workflow with the workshop team Communicating customer needs clearly to technicians Maintaining accurate sales, stock and booking records Assisting with tyre fitting and workshop support when required Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations What We’re Looking For Essential: Previous experience in the automotive and tyre industry Strong customer service and sales experience Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workshop environment Current manual driver’s licence Availability to work Saturdays (on rotation) Good computer skills Highly Regarded: Experience using Costar or similar workshop management systems Leadership or supervisory experience Tyre fitter or Mechanical qualifications About Us Tyrepower Currumbin is a locally owned business that values its people and takes pride in creating a positive workplace culture.
