About the Role Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide operational and administrative support across accommodation, facilities, property, security, and workplace services functions. You will play a key role in ensuring the office operates efficiently while supporting staff, members, contractors, and visitors. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. APS4 equivalent | $50.96 - $55.34 per hour super Perth CBD location | Onsite position 6-month contract with extension potential up to 12 months Baseline Clearance required Key Responsibilities Assist with workplace accommodation and office coordination activities Support workstation allocations, staff moves, onboarding, and visitor arrangements Coordinate office repairs, maintenance requests, and workplace services activities Maintain office signage, stationery supplies, and workplace resources Assist with operational security processes, inductions, access passes, and registers Support secure room maintenance and compliance with security procedures Provide administrative and operational support to staff and stakeholders Respond to facilities, accommodation, and workplace-related enquiries Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation Assist with local workplace projects and office improvement initiatives Support routine finance and procurement activities Contribute to the delivery of consistent and high-quality workplace services Key Requirements Experience in administration, facilities, property, accommodation, workplace services, or office support environments Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Strong attention to detail and record-keeping capability Demonstrated customer service and stakeholder engagement experience Ability to interpret procedures and apply sound judgement Proficiency using Microsoft Office and corporate systems Essential Requirements Australian Citizenship Minimum Baseline Clearance and ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Negative Vetting Level 2 (NV2) Security Clearance Ability to pass a Federal Police Check Availability to work onsite in Perth five days per week Highly Regarded Experience supporting facilities, property, security, accommodation, or workplace operations Previous APS or government experience Exposure to procurement, finance administration, or contractor coordination Experience working in secure or regulated environments Why Apply?
