ABOUT THE ROLE As the Assistant Property Manager, you will provide support to the Senior Property Managers in the day-to-day management of a busy portfolio while developing your skills across all aspects of Property Management. Your duties will include: Completing ingoing Property Condition Reports (PCRs) Conducting Routine Inspections Conducting Final Bond Inspections Providing leave coverage for the Leasing Agent (Home opens and applications processing) Taking marketing photos for properties when needed Assisting with day-to-day property management administration Reporting and data tracking Supporting the Senior Property Managers with general portfolio tasks Progression guaranteed!
