We are looking for an experienced Painter to join our client's team across their busy construction sites in Sydney . Key Responsibilities: Apply a range of paint systems including 2 pack epoxy and polyurethane coatings to a high standard Carry out surface preparation works including sandblasting and spray painting Work independently across active construction sites, managing your own time and output effectively Operate EWP and other elevated access equipment safely and in accordance with site requirements Conduct pre-start checks, adhere to all site safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment Liaise clearly with site supervisors and trades teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of works Requirements: 5 years' hands-on painting experience, ideally within commercial or construction environments Familiarity with 2 pack epoxy and polyurethane paint systems Current driver's licence — essential for travel between sites RIW ticket and EWP ticket highly regarded Painter & Decorator Certificate, Cert III in Surface Preparation & Coating, or equivalent an advantage Forklift licence advantageous but not essential Strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously and to a high finish standard Must hold unlimited working rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident) Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening This is a fantastic opportunity to secure an immediate start in a full-time Monday to Friday role, offering approximately $45/hr car with a well-established business in the construction sector.
