We are seeking a motivated professional with a strong background in the painting industry to manage estimating, quoting and business development activities across a range of strata and residential projects. About the Role As our Painting Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, managing client enquiries, and converting opportunities into successful projects. You will play a key role in supporting business growth while ensuring projects are handed over seamlessly to operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate project proposals, including scope, pricing, and subcontractor/supplier quotations where required Contact clients within 24 hours of receiving quote requests Follow up outstanding quotations through HubSpot until opportunities are won or lost Adhere to company estimating procedures, sales processes, and internal guidelines Complete job handover documentation to ensure smooth project delivery Develop new business opportunities and convert quotes into secured projects Attend regular estimating and management meetings Maintain a minimum 35% weighted gross profit margin across completed projects About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a Painting Estimator within the residential and/or strata painting industry Strong knowledge of painting materials, labour requirements, and project costing Experience preparing detailed quotations and tenders Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly regarded) A proactive approach to business development and client management A current Australian driver's licence What's on Offer?
