About the Role: An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Graphic Designer to join a growing property business. This role offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio, delivering creative solutions that support brand development, investor communications and retail marketing initiatives. This is a highly varied position suited to a designer who enjoys balancing corporate branding with creative marketing campaigns and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of corporate, investor and shopping centre brand collateral across a diverse property portfolio Design high quality investor reports, presentations, capability statements and corporate communications Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates and visual identity standards Design print and digital assets for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, print signage and centre branding assets. Create marketing campaigns, promotional materials, signage and centre branding assets Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging digital and print design solutions About you Qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Experience in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Proven experience and knowledge of preparing print-ready artwork.
