About the Role We are seeking a Psychologist (Provisional or Generally Registered) to join an established team in Brisbane, across three sites (Fortitude Valley, Chermside and Strathpine). This is a full-time, office-based role working standard business hours, supporting participants within a government-funded employment program. In this role, you will work closely with Job Coaches and internal stakeholders to support individuals in overcoming non-vocational barriers to employment. Through comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions, you will assist participants to build resilience, develop practical coping strategies, and improve their readiness for sustainable employment. You will contribute to case conferencing discussions, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and deliver tailored psychological support using approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, behavioural interventions, and stress management techniques. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your clinical skills in a practical, outcomes-focused environment, with strong professional support including peer consultation, structured development opportunities, and assistance for provisional psychologists working toward full registration. Rostered Days Off (RDOs) are also available to support work-life balance.
