It's a small but professional office and you will be working closely with one adviser, but within a team of multiple Client Service Support Staff. The business provides holistic advice to a wide range of clients so a broad knowledge base would be preferred. The team has created a great culture so they want someone with a positive attitude who can come in and 'hit the ground running' but still be adaptable to change and development. To be successful in this role, you will need; Minimum 2 years experience in a Financial Planning practice XPLAN Experience Excellent written and verbal communication Positive attitude Exposure to seeing and meeting clients The business is one that will be around for a long time, and they put a lot of emphasis on developing staff members.
