The Role As an Associate Adviser, you’ll work directly alongside senior advisers, sitting in on every client meeting and playing a hands-on role in delivering tailored strategies. You’ll often be the go-to point of contact for clients, building relationships that in many cases surpass the adviser’s own connection. Key Responsibilities: Attend all client meetings with advisers, taking a lead role in managing relationships. Conduct research and prepare financial strategies across investments, superannuation, insurance, and retirement planning. Draft Statements of Advice (SOAs) and technical documents. Liaise with clients on strategy implementation and ongoing service matters. Be a trusted point of contact, providing clear, timely communication and support. Stay across legislative and compliance requirements to ensure high-quality, compliant advice. About You: Degree-qualified, with FASEA-approved studies (Professional Year candidates welcomed – full support provided). Strong technical knowledge across investments, superannuation, and strategy.
