The Role As a Sales Coach, you'll be embedded at dealerships during intensive sales events, working directly with sales teams in real time. This isn't classroom delivery — it's live, in-the-moment coaching where your credibility, energy, and hands-on experience make the difference between a good day and a record-breaking one. You'll be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, but this role will take you across Australia and internationally. What You'll Be Doing Embedding with dealership sales teams during structured sales events across Australia and internationally Coaching salespeople on the floor in real time, reinforcing process and lifting performance as deals unfold Preparing teams in the lead-up to events alongside internal account managers Reading the room, identifying weak points quickly, and intervening where it counts Representing the business with authority and professionalism at every engagement What You'll Bring A minimum of five years in new car sales management or a more senior automotive leadership role — this is non-negotiable A track record of leading sales teams to consistent, measurable results The credibility that comes from having done the job at a high level The presence and communication skills to influence and energise a sales floor A genuine willingness to travel extensively — domestically and internationally A genuine passion for getting the best out of people under pressure Why This Role You'll be joining a business that operates across 28 countries, has an exceptional delivery track record, and genuinely invests in its people.
