Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casual Diploma Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children in a safe and nurturing environment. The Diploma Educator will work collaboratively with other educators to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate program that meets the needs of each child. Responsibilities: Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate program that meets the needs of each child Provide high-quality education and care to children in a safe and nurturing environment Work collaboratively with other educators to ensure the smooth running of the service Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development Communicate effectively with families and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and policies Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent Current First Aid Certificate Working with Children Check Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong organisational and time management skills
