The company is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee and support its retail operations. Key Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day operations of the retail business Determining product mix, stock levels, and merchandising standards Managing purchasing activities and maintaining appropriate inventory levels Supervising, training, and supporting retail staff Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives Ensuring high levels of customer service and handling customer enquiries and complaints Managing store budgets, expenses, and operational performance Organising promotional activities and assisting with marketing initiatives Ensuring products are displayed and presented in accordance with company standards Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and food handling requirements About You: At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Experience in retail operations, stock control, purchasing, and merchandising Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements Job Type: Permanent / Full-time Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
