Description Provide strategic HR advice and support to key stakeholders across the business. Lead the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals. Manage employee relations and provide guidance on performance management and workplace issues. Collaborate with leadership teams to identify and address workforce planning needs. Support talent acquisition processes, including workforce onboarding and retention strategies. Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Profile A successful HR Business Partner should have: A strong background in human resources, preferably within the logistics and distribution industry. Demonstrated experience in providing strategic HR support to senior leaders. Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis to inform decision-making. Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and implementing HR initiatives.
