Description Provide strategic HR advice and support to key stakeholders across the business. Lead the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals. Support talent acquisition processes, including workforce onboarding and retention strategies. Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Profile A successful HR Business Partner should have: A strong background in human resources, preferably within the logistics and distribution industry. Demonstrated experience in providing strategic HR support to senior leaders. Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis to inform decision-making. Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and implementing HR initiatives.
