About The Client JJ Digital Technologies is an Australian owned National Distributor of professional surveillance system equipment. Established in 2005, their mission is to provide reliable and innovative solutions to satisfy their clients' needs in Surveillance, Alarm Systems, Video Intercom, and Access Control. They are now seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join their team in Mount Waverley in VIC. The Role This is a full-time position with an annual salary set at $80,000 per annum plus superannuation. The role is based in Melbourne, VIC. The Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our surveillance, alarm, intercom and access control product range across Australian business and trade markets Manage product launch campaigns for new CCTV, alarm, video intercom and access control products, including supplier coordination, product messaging and sales enablement materials Maintain and improve website product listings, technical content, catalogue information and online enquiry pathways to support customer education and lead generation Coordinate marketing support for trade customers, installers and resellers, including promotional materials, product updates, campaign assets and co branded marketing activities Prepare product marketing content, brochures, campaigns, website updates and digital materials that explain technical security products in a clear commercial manner Conduct market research on customer demand, competitor activity, pricing trends and emerging security technology to support product positioning and sales planning Manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email marketing, social media, supplier promotions and online product channels to generate qualified trade and business leads Coordinate with sales, suppliers and technical teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product specifications, installation use cases and customer requirements Analyse campaign performance, customer enquiries and sales conversion data to improve marketing strategy, product promotion and return on marketing spend Support brand development, trade event participation, product launches and promotional campaigns for new surveillance and security technology products Monitor customer feedback, enquiry patterns and industry technology trends to identify new marketing opportunities and improve product positioning The Requirements: Minimum 2.5 years' experience in commercial B2B and B2C marketing Minimum 2.5 years' experience in brand management and marketing Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital and traditional marketing in a commercial role At least 5 years of experience social and digital marketing Minimum of 5 years of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads At least 5 years of SEO experience in content optimization At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI digital marketing calibration Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve marketing objectives Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills
