Job Description We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to join a newly established, high-performing team focused on delivering high-volume, high-quality marketing across the Truck & Electrical portfolio. You’ll work across brands including Truckline and JAS, executing impactful campaigns and helping drive continued growth. This role suits a true marketing generalist who thrives in a busy environment and brings a mix of digital, campaign, and content experience, ideally gained across both agency and in-house settings. Key Responsibilities Marketing Execution & Campaigns Coordinate and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns across Truck & Electrical brands Support go-to-market plans for product launches and brand initiatives Execute digital, print and in-store marketing activity across multiple channels Work closely with agency partners to deliver campaigns on time and on brand Support the planning and execution of trade shows, industry events and customer activations to drive brand visibility and engagement Brand & Content Maintain and apply brand guidelines across Truckline, JAS and associated portfolios Develop engaging marketing content including copywriting, digital assets and campaign messaging Ensure consistent brand positioning across all customer touchpoints Stakeholder & Team Collaboration Partner closely with internal teams across sales, product and leadership Support a collaborative, high-performing team culture Contribute ideas and improvements to marketing processes and campaigns Performance & Optimisation Assist in tracking campaign performance and ROI Support reporting, insights and continuous optimisation of marketing activity Use data and insights to inform recommendations and improvements
