The Role Newly created, this is a Project Manager (Revenue Optimisation) position tasked with leading multiple improvement projects focused on strengthening revenue capture and financial performance. Rather than a single project, this role oversees a portfolio of initiatives under a broader billing and revenue optimisation program—with an initial focus on mapping existing processes, identifying revenue leakage, and driving practical, measurable improvements. Key responsibilities include: Leading multiple revenue services improvement projects from end-to-end Mapping patient billing processes and identifying inefficiencies or revenue leakage Developing and executing clear, structured action plans Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and delivery Driving outcomes through to implementation, not just analysis Embedding improved processes, controls, and ways of working This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can start from first principles, bring structure, and drive execution in a highly complex environment. The Candidate You are a practical, outcomes-focused Project Manager, who can engage multiple functions under the one umbrella and push projects towards a commercially favourable outcome. Your background will include: Proven experience delivering business improvement, transformation, or optimisation projects Strong Project Management experience gained within large complex organisations Experience in process mapping, review, and redesign Ability to manage multiple projects under a broader program of work Strong stakeholder engagement skills—able to bring diverse groups onto the same page A proactive, “get things moving” mindset Experience within healthcare or similarly complex, regulated environments will be highly regarded.
