Role: Junior Digital Marketing Executive – SEO & Content About the Role We are expanding our internal marketing team to support multiple Australian-focused brands. We are looking for a digitally savvy, content-driven marketer who understands SEO fundamentals, is comfortable using digital marketing tools, and is eager to grow within a fast-moving multi-brand environment. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in SEO and content creation who wants to develop deeper expertise in search visibility, structured content, and AI-driven discoverability. Key Responsibilities Create AEO-focused content that supports brand visibility across AI search, answer engines, and Google results Write blogs and LinkedIn articles optimised for SEO, AEO, and overall discoverability Structure content to improve ranking potential for featured snippets, AI summaries, and voice search Use AI tools to streamline content creation and publishing workflows Research and design engaging Canva-based social posts aligned with search intent Research, schedule, and manage content publishing across relevant channels Support Meta ad creative testing and contribute to performance improvements Assist with GA4 reporting to monitor and track content performance Research Australian search trends and emerging topics to contribute to content planning Requirements 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or content marketing Strong written English skills Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimisation, search intent) Understanding of GA4 and digital performance metrics Experience using Canva for social media content Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Nice to Have Exposure to Google Search Console Understanding of AEO / AI search visibility concepts Experience creating B2B content Familiarity with the Australian market context
