About the Role Reporting to the Principal Resource Geologist, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering resource modelling, reporting and estimation across Westgold's operations. Based in our Perth Head Office, this position provides the opportunity to influence group-wide resource strategies while maintaining connection to operations through occasional site visits. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver resource modelling and estimation across multiple assets Ensure timely and accurate Mineral Resource Statements and reporting (JORC 2012) Provide geological input into Life of Mine planning and development strategies Maintain and uplift geological modelling and estimation standards across the group Identify and develop resource growth opportunities through drilling programs Collaborate with site and corporate teams to communicate technical risks and opportunities Support continuous improvement and cost optimisation initiatives Mentor and support technical staff across geology teams About You You are a technically strong and commercially aware resource geologist who enjoys working across multiple assets and engaging with site teams.
