We're looking for a people-focused, organised and proactive Recruiter to join our Out of School Hours Care team, supporting services across Victoria and New South Wales. This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity, with a clear pathway into a full Recruitment Consultant role as you grow your skills and portfolio. You won't just be recruiting - you'll be helping deliver meaningful experiences for children and supporting vital school communities every day. Your role As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in attracting, engaging and supporting educators for temporary OSHC opportunities. You'll work closely with Consultants while building your own foundation to step into a full 360 recruitment role. Over time, you'll evolve into managing your own portfolio - including educator relationships, service partnerships, and business development. What you'll do Source, screen and interview educators, building a strong OSHC talent pool across VIC & NSW Match educators to roles quickly while delivering a reliable, high-quality service Support and guide educators through compliance Build relationships with centres and support client needs alongside Consultants Contribute to business growth and gradually take ownership of your own portfolio Deliver a standout experience and collaborate within a high-performing, supportive team Your first few months You will: Learn our systems, compliance processes and booking workflows Build strong relationships with educators Get hands-on with sourcing, screening and daily bookings Develop confidence in fast-paced temp recruitment Deliver consistent, high-quality service to educators and clients From there, you'll have opportunities to: Progress into a Recruitment Consultant role Step into Senior, Account Management or recruitment pathways Specialise within OSHC or broader Education divisions Build a long-term career with ANZUK globally About you You thrive in people-focused, fast-moving environments and enjoy building relationships. You'll likely bring: Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, call centres or similar people-facing roles Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisation and ability to juggle competing priorities A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Commercial awareness and emotional intelligence You'll also have: Full working rights in Australia A valid driver's licence Willingness to obtain a Volunteer WWCC Experience in education or OSHC is a bonus - but not essential.
