The Opportunity: Our client is the real estate arm of a national property investment group and is experiencing strong growth across Victoria. An opportunity exists for a Senior Property Manager to mentor a team of three and oversee a growing rent roll of approximately 230 properties. Backed by strong support structures, this role offers a genuine pathway into senior leadership. About the Role: You’ll lead a team of three while overseeing a fast growing Victorian portfolio across metro Melbourne and selected regional areas, with strong operational support enabling a focus on landlord relationships and performance.
