The office is looking for someone with a long-term mindset who wants to grow within the business, with strong support available both within the office and in the role where needed. THE ROLE: Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 140 properties end-to-end Full autonomy over day-to-day portfolio management Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants Monday to Friday 1 in 4 Saturdays (with time in lieu) Systems: Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate (IRE), Inspection Express ABOUT YOU: Experienced Property Manager ready to take ownership of a portfolio Stable, long-term mindset with strong reliability Confident communicator with strong organisational skills Able to manage relationships with landlords and tenants effectively Full driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Must have a certificate IV in Real Estate Practice WHAT’S ON OFFER: Up to $80K Super (depending on experience) Supportive, close-knit, family-style team culture Strong support within the office and in the role if needed Established portfolio with systems already in place Genuine long-term opportunity within a stable agency This is a great opportunity to join a team that genuinely values your contribution and supports your professional growth.
