The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a popular Mornington Peninsula pub. Working closely with senior venue leadership, you will oversee all back-of-house operations including service standards, team development, rostering, ordering, stock control, and financial performance. Strong financial acumen is required for this role. This role is ideal for a Head Chef who is looking for a role that offers flexibility, a balance of work and life and an opportunity to learn operational management from the group executive chef.
