Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Night Manager (Full-Time) to join our team and lead our night operations. As the Night Manager, you will ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations during the overnight shift, delivering a seamless guest experience and ensuring the safety and security of our guests and team. Responsibilities: Oversee the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments function effectively Manage guest relations and handle any questions or issues that arise during the night shift Provide exceptional service and efficiency in check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries Conduct night audits, ensuring financial transactions and reports are accurate Lead and manage the night team, and provide opportunities for learning and development Ensure the safety and security of all hotel guests and staff by conducting regular property checks Work with other departments to ensure guests’ needs are met, including delivery of in-room dining Manage emergency situations, which may involve medical issues, fire alarms, or security concerns Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
