The Role As an Analyst in Corporate Development, you’ll be right in the detail, supporting the day‑to‑day cash flow, funding and reporting activities that keep Pepper Money running. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll learn corporate funding, liquidity and corporate debt management, while working closely with experienced leaders across Treasury and Finance departments. If you like rolling up your sleeves, getting across the numbers and building strong foundations in corporate finance, this role will give you that exposure. Support the management of cash flow reconciliation and movement across the business. Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecast and reporting to support business decision making and regulatory requirements. Provide operational support across corporate debt facilities including interest payments, utilisation requests and covenant reporting. Maintain and enhance cash flow models to improve forecasting accuracy and deliver valuable insights. Collaborate with key stakeholder across Treasury and Finance departments to gather data and ensure accuracy of outputs. About you You’re curious, detail‑focused and keen to learn how the commercial engine of a financial services business really works. You’re comfortable working with numbers and data, and you also enjoy partnering with others and explaining what the numbers mean. You’re looking for a role that offers exposure, ownership, and variety, with opportunities to learn and grow. Minimum two years’ experience in financial services or an analytical role Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and financial information A solid understanding of finance and accounting concepts, with a willingness to keep learning Good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes while improving them over time A positive, can‑do attitude with the confidence to ask questions and challenge where things don’t look right Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment and with different stakeholders At Pepper Money, collaboration is just as vital as your skills.
