I’m in the Right is looking for a commercially minded Vehicle Purchasing & Disposal Specialist to buy and sell vehicles across our fleet — with one clear objective: Deliver the best possible financial return on every vehicle asset. This is a hands‑on, relationship‑led role for someone who understands vehicle markets, knows how to negotiate, and can consistently extract value through smart buying, disciplined disposal, and strong supplier relationships. About the Role You will be responsible for the full commercial lifecycle of fleet vehicles — from acquisition through to disposal. You’ll operate within structured approval frameworks, but your value comes from market insight, supplier leverage, and judgement , not process administration.
