The role: This opportunity has come about through continued growth, with a portfolio of approximately 130 properties located across the CBD and inner suburbs. You’ll manage the portfolio end to end, building strong relationships with rental providers and renters while delivering a high standard of service and staying on top of all day-to-day portfolio activity. You’ll be joining a friendly, professional team that values clear communication, accountability and a positive culture. With solid systems in place and a business that continues to evolve, this is an ideal role for a Property Manager who enjoys autonomy but also wants genuine team support. Your day-to-day End-to-end management of a residential portfolio. Liaising with rental providers, renters and contractors. Coordinating maintenance and repairs. Managing arrears, routine inspections, lease renewals and compliance. Delivering a high level of communication and customer service. Building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for new business. About you: Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Calm, proactive and solutions-focused. Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Current Agent’s Representative Certificate/registration and a valid driver’s licence. Why this role?
