Description Shotcrete Sprayers safely operate Normet Spraymec equipment underground to apply primary ground support, delivering high-quality shotcrete while meeting safety, QA, and supervisory requirements. Responsibilities Perform shotcrete operations in accordance with InCycle and Client Management Systems, statutory requirements, and site procedures, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality; Safely, effectively, and productively operate shotcrete equipment to apply primary ground support, consistently meeting or exceeding site quality assurance standards; Maintain strict compliance with fitness for work requirements, InCycle’s Philosophy, Guidelines for Success, Code of Conduct, and Cardinal Rules; Complete all required pre-start checks, Take 5s, JSAs, and actively participate in pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and safety meetings; Ensure all plant and equipment, including the batch plant, is clean, well maintained, and service-ready, reporting defects, damage, or mechanical issues immediately; Accurately complete all daily activity and safety reporting, report incidents, accidents, or near misses, and undertake any other duties as reasonably directed by the Supervisor. Qualifications Demonstrated experience operating Normet Spraymec shotcrete equipment in an underground mining environment; Previous experience with agitator trucks, batch plants, and associated concrete and shotcrete machinery; Holds a valid manual Class C Driver’s Licence and current First Aid & CPR certification (or recognised equivalent); Strong ability to work effectively within a team as well as perform tasks safely and productively with minimal supervision; Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions accurately and complete tasks safely; Safety-focused and adaptable, demonstrating strong task prioritisation and scheduling skills in line with InCycle’s “Safety - First, Last and Always” principle.
