Provide integration architecture leadership to enable a scalable, secure, and governed Agentic ecosystem. Ensure seamless interaction across agents, enterprise systems, and data platforms within a federated model. Key responsibilities: Define target integration architecture, roadmap, and reference patterns (API-led, event-driven) Design integrations between Agent Control Tower and enterprise systems (ERP, OT, data platforms) Establish and govern data contracts, schemas, SLAs, and interoperability standards Implement and oversee API ecosystem and event-driven integration frameworks Enable observability, telemetry, and traceability across integrated systems Define integration standards, guardrails, and reusable assets, and guide teams on adoption Mandatory skills: 8–12 years of experience in integration / enterprise architecture Strong expertise in API-led architecture and event-driven systems Hands-on experience with integration platforms and middleware Experience defining data contracts, schemas, and canonical models Strong understanding of enterprise system integration (ERP, OT, data platforms) Preferred skills: Experience in agent-based / AI-driven ecosystems or governance platforms Exposure to observability, monitoring, and telemetry frameworks Knowledge of API lifecycle governance and access control models Experience working in complex, federated enterprise environments Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern integration tooling
