SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT Perth | Up to $110,000 Super About the Company A leading multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong national presence, delivering integrated design, planning and advisory services across complex projects throughout Australia and internationally. The Landscape Architecture team operates collaboratively across offices, providing exposure to projects including urban regeneration, transport and infrastructure, waterfronts, public realm, commercial developments and masterplanned communities. The Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Landscape Architect to join the Perth team and contribute to a diverse project portfolio. This role offers a balance of design, documentation, project management and client engagement, with responsibility for delivering small to medium-sized projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams nationwide. Key Responsibilities Technical & Project Delivery Deliver projects from concept design through to construction administration Prepare site analysis, master planning, design development and documentation packages Produce high-quality tender and construction documentation Undertake site inspections and provide technical input across project stages Project Management & Coordination Manage project delivery, budgets and programme requirements Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary teams Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard Client Engagement & Leadership Attend client and stakeholder meetings Assist with fee proposals and business development activities Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability growth About You Degree qualified in Landscape Architecture Approximately 5 years industry experience Strong technical, documentation and project delivery skills Understanding of construction processes, Australian Standards and project coordination Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Collaborative approach and ability to manage competing priorities Highly Regarded AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino and/or Adobe Creative Suite experience Experience across public realm, infrastructure, urban regeneration or masterplanned community projects Previous multidisciplinary consultancy experience Salary & Benefit Annual salary reviews and performance bonuses Annual professional development allowance Professional membership support (including AILA) Hybrid and flexible working arrangements Additional leave purchase options and EAP access Key Differentiators Nationally connected Landscape Architecture team Diverse project exposure across infrastructure, public realm and development sectors Strong mix of design, technical delivery and client engagement Opportunity to manage projects and develop leadership capability Access to multidisciplinary expertise across planning, urban design and advisory services How to Apply If you're ready to take the next step in your architectural career, we'd love to hear from you.
