Your Opportunity As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of exceptional performance marketing results for our clients across paid media channels. You'll work closely with our Account Managers, Directors, and Performance Leads to manage client relationships, execute campaigns, and contribute to the growth of our client portfolio. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: Supporting client relationship management, including communications via email, Slack, and Monday.com Attending and minuting client and internal WIP calls, briefing actions into Monday.com Coordinating RGP (Revenue Growth Plan) information from clients, including budgets and revenue targets Building and managing campaigns across paid performance channels including Meta, Google, Pinterest and TikTok Drafting copy for paid performance campaigns and coordinating briefs, revisions and approvals Managing budget pacing across paid channels based on monthly approved spends Monitoring client performance against targets and contributing to weekly and monthly reporting Assisting with Whatagraph report builds and data gathering across the client roster Experience you'll bring The ideal candidate brings a positive and thoughtful attitude to everything they do. They are a team player and a straight shooter. They'll also have: 1–2 years of hands-on experience running eCommerce paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, Pinterest and/or TikTok A solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including how paid media, SEO, affiliate and content channels work together The ability to navigate and pull reports from platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, Meta Business Manager, Supermetrics and Shopify Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with confidence presenting to internal and external stakeholders Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines Sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to flagging issues before they escalate A learning mindset — you take initiative, ask questions, and embrace unfamiliar challenges What's on offer We love the thrill of agency life – it's fast-paced, dynamic, and rewarding.
