The Role This is a multidisciplinary seat at the table. Your core strength is Web Design - creating digital experiences that are as commercially effective as they are beautiful. You'll bring the extra 10% through motion and 3D, pushing our creative output into dynamic, high-impact territory. What You'll Do Design sophisticated digital products and websites from strategy through to high-fidelity handover. Create motion-led assets and 3D elements that add energy to campaigns and depth to UI. Collaborate closely with our developers to ensure your vision is technically viable and pixel-perfect in production. Pivot fluidly between high-level creative ideation and the meticulous detail of a design system. Be positive about using AI to accelerate your workflow and unlock new opportunities. Clearly articulate your "why," take feedback with a level head, and champion the best idea in the room. What You Bring Impeccable design taste and a digital-first brain. Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite. If you have a preferred 3D/Motion stack, we want to see it. You are optimistic about AI. You've already integrated it into your process and are proactive and curious about what's next. You've likely spent time in a fast-paced agency environment.
