What You’ll Be Doing Hair Services Perform hair cutting, colouring (including balayage, highlights, ombre), and styling for all hair types and occasions. Apply chemical treatments such as keratin, perms, and relaxers with care and expertise. Recommend and apply appropriate hair products for client needs. Creativity & Trends Stay up-to-date with hair and fashion trends to offer modern, personalised styles. Adjust techniques to fit client preferences, lifestyle, and hair conditions. Client Experience Deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication and active listening. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. Create a welcoming and positive salon experience for every client. Teamwork & Collaboration Work closely with your salon team to ensure smooth operations and client care. Contribute to a supportive and respectful team environment. Hygiene & Safety Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, tools, and equipment. Follow health and safety protocols at all times. Time Management Manage appointments efficiently and provide timely service. Be punctual and respectful of clients' schedules. Product & Service Knowledge Recommend retail products to help clients maintain their look between visits. Understand and promote salon services to support business growth. Professional Conduct Maintain a polished appearance and follow the salon’s dress code.
