More About You: Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline Additional certifications in Google Ads, GA4, Meta or LinkedIn Campaign Manager (highly regarded) SEO certifications (desirable) Experience: 2–4 years’ experience in a digital marketing role (B2B experience highly regarded) Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads and LinkedIn preferred) Experience working with long sales cycles or technical products (advantageous) Demonstrated ability to report on campaign performance and optimisation Skills: WordPress (or similar CMS) – confident updating pages, landing pages and blog content GA4 – tracking, reporting and performance interpretation Google Ads – campaign setup, optimisation and reporting LinkedIn Campaign Manager SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical basics) CRM familiarity Strong copywriting skills across web, email and social Ability to adapt tone for technical B2B audiences Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Canva Basic video editing skills If you’re commercially curious, confident in your craft, and ready to do marketing that actually matters the next step for you is to apply.
