About the role: As our Community Fundraising and Campaigns Coordinator, you will help bring our fundraising programs to life, playing a key role in growing and coordinating Giving Day Community fundraising and partnerships Third-party events Workplace fundraising Peer-to-peer fundraising The Charlies Community Raffle Monthly giving engagement Supporter activations and campaigns This is a hands-on, outward-facing role where no two weeks look quite the same. You’ll work closely with supporters, donors, volunteers, community groups, and colleagues across the Foundation to help create fundraising experiences that are engaging, well-organised, and genuinely meaningful. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Loves building relationships and engaging with people Brings energy, initiative, and positivity to their work Is highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities Enjoys turning ideas into action Is confident coordinating campaigns, events, or community activities Understands the importance of great donor and supporter experiences Can think creatively while still delivering the detail Wants to contribute to something bigger than themselves Experience in fundraising is wonderful, but we’re also open to candidates from events, community engagement, marketing, customer service, sport, activations, or similar backgrounds.
