An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and highly organised Administration Assistant to join Kanda's NurseLed Support Team. Based in South Australia, this role provides essential administrative support to a dynamic national nursing team responsible for supporting participants with complex disability-related needs across Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community settings. This is a casual position averaging approximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility around days and hours for the right candidate. Maintain clinical documentation, electronic filing, and record management systems Support billing administration, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation activities Assist with audits, compliance tracking, and quality improvement initiatives Provide general administrative and team support, including email and document management About You Demonstrated administration experience (ideally within healthcare, disability or aged care) Experience with training records, scheduling, compliance, or supporting clinical/governance teams is highly regarded Confident using the Microsoft Office suite and other web-based applications Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills. High attention to detail with accurate data entry and record management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
