We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our small but fast-growing team. About the role This is a hands-on office management role supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing service business. You will work closely with our Business Director and be responsible for keeping the administrative engine of the business running smoothly. Key responsibilities: Worker scheduling and roster coordination Payroll administration and timesheet management Compliance documentation and record keeping Client communications and inquiry management Supplier and contractor coordination General office administration and filing What we are looking for: Proven experience in office management or business administration Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Bilingual proficiency in English and Tagalog (essential) Experience with small business software such as Xero, Microsoft 365, or similar Salary: $80,000 per annum | Full-time | 38 hours per week Location: Hackney, Adelaide SA
