What a day at Ropana might look like Your work may include: Supporting children with emotional regulation, sensory processing and daily living skills Working with NDIS participants and families in-home, school or via telehealth Completing functional capacity assessments and reports Developing therapy plans that support independence and participation in everyday life Collaborating with families, educators and support teams Writing clear, strengths-based and neuro-affirming reports and clinical notes Supporting clients to build confidence and engage more fully in their environments With a flexible caseload, starting with 1–2 days per week and building over time based on your availability and preferences, you’re encouraged to shape your caseload around your interests and strengths.
