Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and implement nursing interventions with a commitment to quality improvement, practice development, and evidence-based practice. Conduct Health Assessment’s, GP Management Plans & Team Care Arrangements. Cold chain management Assisting with NIP Immunisation programs Assisting with minor major surgical procedures, removal of sutures and wound care. Assisting with Iron Infusions Deliver high-quality patient care in a Primary Health Care Setting. Offer healthcare-related education to patients as needed. Requirements: You have the current authority to practice as EN/EEN/RN with the Australian Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA). Previous experience in Primary Health Care or a willingness to learn. Current CPR or ALS certificate You have demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and prioritization skills Strong critical thinking abilities Nurse Immunisation Certificate or willingness to obtain.
