The Role We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an excellent balance of field sales and office support, combining both on-road and in-office workdays. You’ll work closely in a small sales team with construction companies, contractors, surveyors and dealers, helping customers find the right equipment solutions for their projects. What You’ll Be Doing Selling construction lasers, weighing systems and related equipment to new and existing customers Building strong relationships with contractors, construction companies and dealers Conducting site visits and product demonstrations Generating new business through in the field meetings, calls, networking and referrals Preparing quotes, negotiating pricing and closing sales Managing customer relationships and sales activity through our CRM Working alongside our internal team to deliver excellent customer service Keeping up to date with product releases and industry trends Attending trade shows, industry events and job sites when required What We’re Looking For Previous sales experience preferred (construction, surveying, tools, equipment or B2B sales highly regarded) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone Self-motivated with good time management skills Ability to explain technical products in a practical, easy-to-understand way Current Australian driver’s licence Full Australian working rights Experience with construction lasers or surveying equipment is an advantage, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
