We’re looking for a true hunter , someone who thrives on identifying, pursuing, and winning new business opportunities & revenue across South Australia. You will take full ownership of your territory, with a clear focus on driving growth, building a strong pipeline, and converting opportunities into revenue. While you will manage key relationships, success in this role will come from your ability to open doors, create demand, and win new accounts. This is a role to drive revenue & to work closely with target customers & our tremendous Hettich Australia dealer network, you must deeply understand both direct & indirect sales channels If you’re commercially driven, competitive, and motivated by results, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue generation (Primary Focus) Proactively identify, target, and win new transactional customers across the South Australian market Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities through consistent prospecting Develop and execute territory growth plans to increase market share Convert leads into high-value opportunities and close deals Work collaboratively with the Hettich dealer network to maximise growth opportunities Sales Execution Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to close Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that differentiate Hettich Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Market & Opportunity Management Identify key growth segments, projects, and emerging opportunities Maintain strong CRM discipline (Salesforce) with clear pipeline visibility Stay ahead of competitors and market trends Customer & Relationship Management Build strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders Position Hettich as a premium, value-driven partner Maintain and grow existing accounts where commercial opportunity exists SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven success in B2B sales with a strong new business focus Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and close deals consistently Experience selling premium or technical products Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Excellent planning, organisational, and territory management skills PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Driven, competitive, and results-focused Resilient with a strong “hunter” mindset Confident engaging new customers and opening doors Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously Commercially sharp and opportunity-focused WHY JOIN HETTICH?
