We are now looking for a Clinical Trial Manager to join our Cancer Trials Unit based in Nedlands and lead our project operations team. About the Role Combining your high-level project/operational coordination ideally from within a health, medical or research environment, along with a passion for leading people, you will thrive being the key link and go to person for our clinical trial sponsor, medical and project teams ensuring every project is executed seamlessly, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This role offers the opportunity to step into a lead position while continuing to build your capability in clinical trial delivery, joining a collaborative team with strong support from senior leaders. Support the day-to-day coordination and delivery of clinical trials, ensuring activities are running to plan Guide and support Project Coordinators, providing day-to-day direction and helping remove roadblocks Track key study metrics (e.g. recruitment, screening, timelines) and flag any risks or delays early Work with the team to address issues and keep studies progressing Work closely with sponsors, monitors, investigators and internal teams to ensure studies are coordinated and running smoothly Partner with start-up, finance, labs, QA and compliance teams to ensure study activities are delivered on time and to required standards Your Experience This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment and enjoys improving how things work, collaborating with others, and maintaining high standards in clinical trial delivery.
