About the Opportunity An opportunity exists for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a local business in Cairns. This position is ideally suited to a motivated construction professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and leads projects from site. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities across small to medium-scale projects Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project scope, quality expectations, and construction standards Liaise effectively with clients, trades, suppliers, and internal project teams Undertake site inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks Maintain accurate project records, site documentation, and progress updates using project management systems Assist with procurement, scheduling of trades and materials, and variation management Represent the company professionally and uphold strong customer service standards onsite About You Certificate III in Carpentry with previous supervisory or leading hand experience Site Supervisor License is highly regarded, though not essential Current Construction Industry White Card Current Australian Driver’s License Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment What’s on Offer Competitive salary package aligned to experience, plus performance incentives Full-time permanent position with company laptop and mobile phone provided Fully maintained company vehicle Will consider a development role for the right candidate.
