About the role Ozone Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Restoration Technician(s) to join our team based in Earlville, QLD. This is a casual position offers the potential for full time employment and the opportunity to work across a wide range of restoration projects in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Due to continued growth and increasing workload, we are expanding our team. If you are currently working in the cleaning industry and are looking to upskill or transition into specialised restoration work , this position may be a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in a specialised trade. What you'll be doing Responding to and resolving emergency restoration calls, including water, fire and mould damage Assessing the extent of damage and developing appropriate restoration solutions Performing hands-on restoration work such as drying, cleaning, and sanitising and decontamination to affected areas Operating specialised restoration equipment and tools safely and effectively Communicating professionally with clients and keeping them informed throughout the restoration process Maintaining detailed records, moisture readings, photographs and job documentation Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment What we're looking for Previous experience as a Restoration Technician or in a similar role within the trades and services industry Strong technical skills and the ability to operate a variety of restoration equipment and tools Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to respond to emergency situations A current driver's licence and your own reliable transportation Construction White Card (preferred or willingness to obtain) Working with Childre Blue Card (preferred or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass a police check What we offer Competitive hourly rate Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Opportunity to obtain industry-recognised certifications, including IICRC training Career progression within a growing and specialised industry The opportunity to make a real difference helping people during times of crisis About us Ozone Services Australia is a leading provider of restoration services, specialising in water, fire and mould damage repair.
