We are currently seeking an experienced Project Supervisor / Manager for a council-based assignment in West Queensland, commencing immediately through to 27 November 2026. This role will oversee the full reconstruction of an existing road pavement project and requires a hands-on leader with strong civil construction and roadworks experience. What’s on offer Negotiable hourly rate Travel costs covered at the commencement and completion of the assignment Fully supplied vehicle and accommodation for the duration of the project 10 days on / 4 days off roster 10-hour workdays Onsite camping required. Key requirements: Proven experience managing road construction projects, including crew supervision, scheduling, programming, and cost control Strong understanding of TMR specifications Knowledge of relevant legislation, including workplace health and safety and risk management Computer proficiency Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Road Construction and Maintenance or equivalent), with local government experience highly regarded General Construction Safety Card Minimum C Class driver’s licence Availability to commence immediately.
