About the role Essential skills: Proven experience in TIG welding, metal fabrication, and reading fabrication drawings. Remuneration: Competitive salary up to mid to high five-figures annually. Location: Wollongong. Key responsibilities Interpret and work from detailed fabrication drawings and specifications. Prepare, layout, and shape various metals including stainless steel, brass, copper, zinc, and aluminium. Apply TIG welding techniques to complete fabrication projects with a high standard of precision. Finish products through grinding, sanding, polishing, assembly, and detailed finishing. Occasionally participate in on-site installation of fabricated components as required. Take ownership of fabrication jobs from start to finish independently. Why consider this role?
