About the Role Join a dynamic and growing defendant insurance team where you'll gain exposure to a broad range of complex and interesting matters across: Public liability and personal injury claims Catastrophic injury and large-loss claims Coverage, indemnity and policy interpretation disputes Claims involving allegations of negligence, breach of duty and economic loss Coronial and regulatory investigations Litigation, mediations and alternative dispute resolution Professional indemnity matters involving lawyers, accountants, financial advisers, engineers, architects and healthcare professionals Acting for a broad client base including major local and international insurers, Lloyd's syndicates, third-party administrators, government bodies, corporate insureds, self-insured entities and individuals on complex liability and professional indemnity disputes. About You Lawyer or Associate level with 2-5 years PAE Background in insurance litigation, defendant personal injury, liability and/or professional indemnity matters A team player who values a supportive and collaborative environment Why Join This Firm?
