THE ROLE You will act for a vast portfolio of government, principal and leading contractor clients on disputes across all sectors of the projects space, including: Civil engineering Vertical infrastructure Transport nergy Mining Oil & gas Your work will involve high-value and technically complex disputes across all forums, including: Supreme and Federal Court litigation Domestic and international arbitrations Alternative dispute resolution processes Claims involving delay, disruption, quantum and technical project issues Strategic dispute avoidance and claims management advice Working closely with highly regarded Partners, you'll gain exposure to sophisticated matters that will continue to challenge and develop you technically while providing genuine career progression opportunities.
